"We start our practice where we are and look toward a certain goal.  Then we choose the steps that will lead us toward realising that goal and will gradually bring us back into our everyday life, but our daily practice does not return us to the exact place we started;  the practice has changed us"

Kaiut Yoga Classes

Gentle exercises to suit all ages and abilities - Energising and soothing pranayama

Horton Village Hall - Mondays 10.15 - 11.45

5 week courses (please call for term dates)

Kaiut Yoga is all about bio mechanical health or said another way, your freedom of movement.  It has been designed to work through chronic pain and injuries, general aches and stiffness, and work for the inflexible, hyper flexible and the aging body.

Unlike most yoga that lengthens muscles in extraordinary ways, this yoga works for the joints.  it's about maintaining or returning the body to optimal structure, freedom of movement and energy flow.  With more freedom of body comes peace from aches and pains, help lessen the impact of old injuries or simply to minimise the burden of deterioration in our bodies.

Making the poses fit the person and not the other way round.  Relaxing deeply into positions and working with what comes up mentally, to uncover the mental component behind our physical discomforts.

when we give ourselves the chance to let go of all our tension, the body’s natural capacity to heal itself can begin to work”
