KAIUT YOGA 🧘‍♀️ 
 

Kaiut Yoga is all about bio mechanical health or said another way, your freedom of movement.  It has been designed to work through chronic pain and injuries, general aches and stiffness, and work for the inflexible, hyper flexible and the aging body.

Unlike most yoga that lengthens muscles in extraordinary ways, this yoga is about long term results.  It works for the joints, not just the muscles. it's about structural alignment, not just a good stetch.  Working with gravity instead of against it, it focuses on improving the functionality of the body and mind rather than striving to get the body into an aspirational shape. Maintaining freedom of movement and energy flow.  With more freedom of body comes peace from aches and pains, it can help lessen the impact of old injuries or simply to minimise the burden of deterioration in our bodies.

Kaiut Yoga focuses on the joint, allowing blood flow and energy to better flow throughout the body.  It helps unlock the places where hidden trauma and Blockages reside by identifying them and slowly dissolving those restrictions.

Making the poses fit the person and not the other way round.  Relaxing deeply into positions and working with what comes up mentally, to uncover the mental component behind our physical discomforts.
