Welcome to my website  - I teach Yoga in Ilminster & Horton & Taunton,  Somerset.

To me yoga is connecting breath and movement, with absolute awareness without compromising your body, bringing a feeling of calm well being, vitality and overall health. I want people to find self-containment and a path to recovery from the stresses of everyday life as this is what practising Yoga gives me.
